Shorewalk is available as a one- or two-bedroom rental. One bedroom rental includes the master suite, living room, dining nook and kitchen. Two bedroom rental is the entire condo with accommodations for up to six with an inflatble queen-size mattress and/or a foam foldout mattress.

Rates are based on four people in two bedroom rental and two people in one bedroom rental:

  • Add $10 per night for each additional person.
  • Advance deposit of 50% required within 14 days to confirm your reservation.
  • Balance due before arrival.
  • Cancellation fee of $40 within 72 hours of reservation.
  • Two night minimum.
  • Peak Season is Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.
  • Refer a booking to us and receive a 10% discount on your next stay.

Other Conditions and Rules

  • No pets!! Because of a family members' severe allergies, we cannot allow guests to bring their pets. Thanks for understanding. Also, no smoking in the condo or on the decks or front breezeway.
  • Upon arrival, please check in at the management office located on north side of main entrance and provide your license plate number and dates of stay. To access the unit, the key box is left of the door of 307. Use the pass code we provided you upon reservation. Please use the key to open the door and then return it immediately to the key box. There is a beautiful flowered box mounted on the wall just inside the hallway that houses keys for use during your stay. Please return them when you leave.
  • You will not have daily cleaning service; cleaning service is provided at the conclusion of your stay. A laundry room is available at the north end of the parking lot, across from the NVRI office, next to the post office.
  • For an emergency only, please contact the Homeowners' Association 24-hour management located in the NRHA office. Phone number is (503) 392-4500. You may also reach us, Steve & Vicki Walker, at (541)344-4545 (home) or (541)954-0272 (Vicki's cell).
  • You can access the beach by crossing the bridge at the bottom of the stairs. The key is located in the flowered box inside our unit. Please do not lose this key or any other key; management will charge $50 for each lost key, which means we will pass that cost on to you. You will need the bridge key to exit and return. The bridge will likely be closed in late September/early October when weather conditions worsen. Alternate beach access is down the street past the Hawk Creek Café.
  • You will find linen for the queen-size inflatable bed and the twin-size foam bed on the closet shelf in the small bedroom. Please remove sheets from the those mattresses prior to departure and put them away. The inflatable bed is located in the master bedroom closet; it self-inflates and deflates in seconds. Please follow the directions in the bag.
  • Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and checkout is 11:00 a.m. unless prior arrangements have been made.
  • Upon departure, please clean your dishes, turn off all lights, extinguish candles, pull blinds down and close draperies, turn heat to lowest setting. Close and lock all windows. Please clean your perishables from the refrigerator and take garbage to the dumpster at the north end of the parking lot.
  • A short list of Nos: no barbecues allowed on the premises; no smoking in the condo, the decks or the front breezeway; no pets; no feeding the seagulls from the balconies (they poop on our neighbors below); no loud music. Please observe the outside stairs quiet time rule (10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.) and be courteous to your neighbors when playing music or entertaining. Please obey parking lot speed limit signs.
